Ten years ago, in 2013 Bristol-based shoegaze/dreampop project The Fauns released their single “Lights“, adorned with a gorgeous video. It made me a fan for life, which in turn was the prelude to a friendship with the lovely Michael Savage (bass) and drummer Guy Davies. Somewhere in 2017, Mike played me a few demo’s of what was to become the “new” Fauns album and they sounded just great! Five years later we finally have the result of years of hard work and a new finished Fauns album that will see the light in January 2024, heralded with the release of the first single “How Lost” today!
